Send your shoes back for a free exchange or full refund using our free, prepaid shipping labels. Return + Exchange requests must be made within 60 days of your order and are only available in the US and Canada.
*Sale items are eligible for exchange only
**Socks and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
***International orders are considered final sale.

Black Friday + Cyber Monday Orders:
All orders associated with Black Friday promotions cannot be returned for a refund. Exchanges or store credit only. If you would like to exchange your boots for a different size, you are responsible for shipping your boots to our warehouse. If you have any questions, please email info@aliceandwhittles.com.

Shoes must not have been used, altered or damaged. There must be no signs of wear - including dirty soles, marks, scratches, stains etc.

On all regular-priced orders, we will pay for your return shipping!

On orders that used a discount code, or any sale item, you will be responsible for shipping the package back to us.
